Medic family built the villa in 1967. Thanks to the hospitality we welcomed a large number of satisfied and loyal guests who come again and again, thus creating a friendly relationship.

We offer accommodation and breakfast and for your car we have a private parking space and the garage. The villa has an ideal location, where everything is at your fingertips. We are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel Berulia with all devices. The villa is located 50 m from the sea and 200 m from the city center. The first shop in the area is 50 m. Capacity is 10 apartments. On the ground floor there are three apartments for two persons with extra bed, APP (2 +1), S1, S2 and S3. The apartments have a separate entrance, bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the sea. On the first floor there are three apartments APP (2 +2), P1, P2, P3. The apartments have a bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room (sofa bed), air conditioning, TV with satellite channels. In front of the house is a terrace with a garden overlooking the sea.

The second floor has four apartments and one room with two single beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the sea. Three apartments are APP (2 +2), K1, K2, K3. Each apartment has a bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room (sofa bed option), and a balcony overlooking the sea. Apartments are air conditioned and have satellite TV. Especially in the offer is APP (2 +2), K4 with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a private balcony, air conditioning and satellite TV.
