Apartments are located in a quiet part of Jadranovo, only 650 m from the beautiful beach of Haviće and close to the pine forest. Numerous possibilities for enjoying the greenery, clear air and pleasant shadows in the shade. Haviće is a beach of exceptional beauty, purity and symbol of intact nature with the warmest sea on the Crikvenica Riviera. There are also numerous other beaches and promenades that provide the necessary rest and relaxation, but also provide facilities for all the activities you want. Numerous hospitality facilities, excellent domestic food, great beach and children's services and a family with the necessary amenities like parks, beaches for all those who like vacations and refurbishment (such as Lokviće with healing mud), romantic beaches and many others. At 8 km distance from Crikvenica, offering various possibilities for summer fun and nightlife. If you want to visit Krk (Jadranovo is the nearest point on this island with the mainland), Rijeka (25 km) or Opatija (39 km) you can do it in a couple of minutes by driving by car or by well-connected bus lines. In the studio apartment on the ground floor are allowed pets and smoking. In both apartments: dining tables and chairs for all persons, cutlery and cooking utensils and various utensils, dish cloths, electric stove, icebox, water kettle, filter coffee maker. BATHROOM: shower and toilet. Bed linen is changed weekly. Towels: 1 large and 1 small per week per person.
Payment and remarks
Check-in: from 14:00. Check out: till 10:00. The amount of advance is 2 nights. Payment: by cash, by bank transfer or on a foreign currency account. For stays of 1 to 3 nights is charged 30% more. Children are welcome. Accommodation on an extra bed for children under 18 is free of charge. Extra persons older than 18 years are charged EUR 10 per night for extra beds. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. Their note can be entered in the special requests field when booking or can contact the property directly through the contact details listed in the booking confirmation.
Residence tax is included in the price.
