The distance to the nearest beach is 60 meters, while the distance for a very beautiful sand beach, which is ideal for children, is 750 meters. The beach is very long and it is very suitable to go for a walk. As a result the house can be rented all over the year. The house has 2 apartments. They dispose of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, SAT-television , air conditioning, Wi Fi, heating and yard. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. There is also a house-owned parking place near to the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars. There are several restaurants around the vacation house, supermarkets and caffe-bars, also a bank and a post office is nearby. Because of the mild climate and the mistral, which blows in the summer, it is a perfect location for sailing and wind surfing.
