We are located in Trpanj on the Peljesac peninsula, an autochthonous place with many romantic promenades by the sea, attractive beaches and coves with crystal clear sea.
In front of the house is a pebble / concrete beach that is suitable for children. A large beach with a restaurant and showers is 70 to 100 meters away. The town center with shops, restaurants, ATMs, ... is 250 meters away.
Large tourist centers such as Dubrovnik-100 km, Korcula-24 km, a boat to the National Park Mljet- are located 20 km from the house.
Spacious accommodation on the third floor is suitable for families, consists of two air-conditioned apartments.
The larger apartment consists of a spacious kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms (3 + 3 + 2) with a balcony and a window overlooking the sea.
The second apartment consists of two bedrooms with two beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room, and offers a view of the terrace and the sea.
On the ground floor there is a garage of 50m2 suitable for parking two to three cars, and for storing items, and there is unlimited use of kayaks for 2 + 1 person.
For a rental of two weeks we offer a 5% discount on the total price.
Pets are only available on request but there is the possibility of an additional cost.
The security deposit is 300 and is refundable upon departure.
Confirmation of the reservation is 20% of the total price, and the rest is paid a few days before arrival to the bank account or in cash on arrival.
If the reservation is canceled, the owner will re-announce the specified period and put it up for sale. When the required period is replenished, the advance payment less the transaction fee is refunded in full.
In case of impossibility of arrival due to Covid 19, the planned arrival can be postponed for another date, and it is possible to return the full advance payment reduced by the bank transfer fee.
