The house Ratac**** was built in the famous Brač stone.

We offer you a holiday in a natural Mediterranean ambiance, in the area of the nature park and beach ‘Zlatni rat‘, close to the Bluesun hotels ‘Elaphusa‘, ‘Borak‘ and ‘Bonaca‘, hotel ‘Bretanide’, the tennis centre ‘Potočine‘ and windsurfing and diving areas (all within 100 – 200 m). It is a 5 minute walk to the beach ‘Zlatni rat’ and a 10 minute walk to the town centre.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people in two separate apartments. On the 1st floor (90 m2) there is a large living room, kitchen, TV area, two bedrooms, one children’s bedroom, two bathrooms, and large balcony. On the ground floor (70 m2) there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, an extra bed in the living room, and a large terrace with grill.

The house has air conditioning and free Wi-fi.

During your stay you can taste our local produce: traditional homemade brandy, red wine (local Plavac mali), white wine (Pošip from the island of Korčula), olive oil (from our olive grove) and our dried figs. You can taste our Mediterranean food (octopus salad, octopus with potatoes, fish and other dishes from the grill).
There is a separate small building behind the house, with an indoor grill which is available for your use at any time.

In front of the house there is the pool, surrounded by Brač marble stone, the garden with Mediterranean plants (lavender, rosemary, sage), almond, walnut, apple, rose hip, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit trees together with a table with chairs in the shade for your daily siesta, a swing for two children and a sandbox.
We are an excellent starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, divers, wind surfers, tennis players and hunters.

The house has 4 parking spots for cars.

The host lives next door, 20 m from the house, in a separate building, and is available should you require anything.

The house is ideal for one large or two smaller families.
