Everything is close - 3 min. walking distance to the beach, shops, ATMs, restaurants and other amenities. The house offers 85 m2 of living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom on the upper floor and a toilet/laundry room on the ground floor, a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 air conditioners [one per floor], Wi-Fi and 3 Smart TVs, one in the living room rooms and one in each bedroom. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. 1 guarded parking space is a 3-minute walk from the house.
