The house is located next to the sea, it is 20 meters to the beach. There are 4 bedrooms of which 3 with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms, one on the ground floor (toilet, shower, washbasin), one on first floor (large bathroom with large bath, toilet, washing machine).
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.
In the yard there is a large grill and a large table, as well as an exercise device.
