This house is only thirty meters from the sea, and has an excellent location as it is surrounded only by a few small houses. On the upper side of the house is very wide strip of Mediterranean forest. About 300 m away is a small camp with a small restaurant and shop, which is open only in summer. It's really a memorable place for people who want to enjoy the sea, peace, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and small boats in the fishing port. The house has a truly unique location, because in the coastal area, where the house is, is no longer allowed to build. About twenty minutes away is the famous resort Skitača small mountain cottage and unforgettable panoramic view of the Kvarner islands.
