The house is located on the shore / waterfront (from the house to the beach it is up to 15 meters), ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday away from mass tourism.
The house has 2 three bedroom apartments / suites with 50 or 60 m2 terrace and 2 apartments with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a large terrace. All apartments have a possibility to use extra beds (for example for children).
All apartments are spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Terraces are furnished and very spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. A large terrace with sea view is available for all guests, as well as an outdoor shower, grill (available on coal or gas) and for all guests parking in the yard.
The house is located about 20 km from Zadar. Ideal for nature lovers. Nearby is the National park Paklenica (approx. 8 km), Zrmanja is approx. 10 km, Krka waterfalls about 40 km, Plitvice Lakes National Park is about 80 km away.
