This stone house, built in a traditional Istrian style, is located in the picturesque small town of Novigrad, on the north-west shore of Istrian peninsula. The accomodation consists of an extensive, traditionally furnished kitchen with a fireplace, a big table, a couch, and satellite TV. The exit from the dining room leads on to a covered terrace, equipped with a table, where you can enjoy sitting in the shade, as well as the view of the green lawn and garden. The stairway next to the dining room leads down into the lower floor, which is comprised of an extensive room with a large matrimonial bed and a single bed, and one couch.The room is furnished in an antique style. The bathroom with the toilet and shower is also there.The house is merely 200 meters away from the sea, in the vicinity of the Novigrad marina and the beach. There is ample a parking space, as well as a grill.
