DESCRIPTION
Apartments A1 and A2 are located in the attic of the house.
Both apartments are one-bedroom apartments consisting of a bedroom , bathroom, living area with kitchen , dining area and a sofa bed , terrace.
Apartment A1 is 34 m2 , and A2 is 29m2 .
The apartments are newly furnished and decorated .
Apartment A1 has a terrace overlooking the sea , apartment A2 Approach terrace with a sea view and a terrace overlooking the olive groves and the sea. All terraces are pleasant, with protection from the sun, equipped with tables and comfortable chairs / armchairs.
The apartment A1 has a double bed 160x200 cm and one single bed 80x200 cm, the living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm.
The apartment A2 in the bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm and in the living room sofa bed 140x200cm. All the beds are extremely comfortable .
Apartments are suitable for 4 people (two adults and two children ) ( the larger apartment can fit 5 people).
Kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, sink with hot water , fridge with freezer , water heaters , crockery , cutlery.
Bathrooms are equipped with shower , sinks, WC, hot water.
For guests there are bed linen, towels .
Both suites are air-conditioned , equipped with DTV , DVD , radio , Wi- Fi free internet , both apartments have an open view of the sea, the guests have access to two private parking spaces , 80 meters from the apartment is a beautiful and spacious pebble beach suitable for children. Guests can use the outdoor shower with hot water , barbecue.
The apartments are situated in a very quiet environment.
