Apartment Rosa is a small yellow house by the sea, near the promenade between the fishing town of Kali and Preko ferry port. The ferry port is a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Nearby you can find shop, cafe, restaurant. In front of the house is a concrete beach with arranged entrance to the sea suitable for all ages. Near the house there are pebble beaches with shadow. The apartment has two floors. On the upper floor there is the kitchen with stove, fridge with a small freezer, a room with a sofa bed, a toilet, covered terrace. You can sit on the terrace for pleasant summer evenings overlooking the sea, island and city of Zadar. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Before the house is a small enclosed courtyard with a fireplace for our guests, which is particularly suitable for families with children.
