There are four apartments in the villa. Apartment Maestral, Nevera, Lavandel and Oliva.

Apartment Nevera 4 + 2 has 50 m2 of living space and 20 m2 terrace with beautiful sea and Velebit views. Two bedrooms with double beds, living room with pull-out bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite program, air conditioning, free wifi.
Apartment Lavandel 2 + 2 has 50m2 of living space and 15 m2 of covered terrace. Bedroom with double bed, living room with pull-out bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite program, air conditioning, free wifi.
Apartment Oliva 2 + 3 has 55m2 of living space and 20 m2 of covered terrace. Bedroom with double bed, living room with pull-out bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite program, air conditioning, free wifi.
In the fenced yard there is an outdoor shower, a grill and an open terrace.
