House Erminia is a newly built holiday house overlooking the sea located in the small village of Škicini (the southern part of the peninsula of Istria). The house is located in a green ambience consisting of many oak trees, various fruit trees, lawn and flowers. Outdoor equipment is characterized by a 32m2 pool, a terrace, 2 garden tables with benches, a parasol, deck chairs and a stone grill, and a trampoline for children. House Erminia is ideal for staying, relaxing and entertaining a family of 4-5 members. From 16.06. until 08.09.2018 only weekly reservations are possible from Saturday to Saturday. In other periods shorter stays are possible, but at least 3 days.
