The apartment Ami is situated in Zadar, in part that is called Arbanasi. It is a great, quiet location, ideal place to rest your body and soul. The sea is just few meters away. Near apartment is supermarket, bus station (10 minutes walk), ferry port Gazenica, center of the town (1 km), airport (9 km) etc. We are situated just above the most popular city promenade Karma which is great for long walks, joging etc. In front of the house is a small organic garden and grill which guests are free to use.
The apartment was built two years ago and is modern and fully equipped. It is oriented to the south so that it is illuminated all day with natural light. Has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. It is in the shadows in the morning, so it is an ideal place for breakfast, coffee, reading etc.
It consists of a large kitchen and a living room which are in one room, two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two smaller beds, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and terrace. The sofa in the living room is foldaway and suitable for two people. A cot and a feeding chair are also available upon prior notice.
The apartment is located in a quiet part of Arbanas (on the first floor of the family house) and there are not many houses built around it so that nobody and nothing can spoil your stay. Otherwise it is convenient because all the important locations are close to (bus station, city center, supermarket, ferry port, aerodorm, restaurants etc.)
In front of the house is a secured parking lot, also free of charge and no prior notice is required. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property and free of charge.
Bus station is only 10 - minutes walk from the apartment.
