The apartments are located at address: Ćirilometodska 8a, Zadar, close to everything needed. The historic core of Zadar is 1.5 km away ie. 25 minutes walk you are in the center of Zadar With its rich cultural heritage.

The proximity of the sea and tourist sites give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches, cultural attractions and tourist offer. In the wider area there are very good transport links which will take you to national parks and nature parks.

** Apartment for 7 persons, 150 m2, on the first floor (no elevator), consists of: four bedrooms (three doubles and one single), large hallway, living room (air conditioning, SAT / TV, Wi-Fi) dining room, kitchen (dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks, cutlery, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer), two bathrooms (shower, washing machine), three balconies and a large terrace with views.

** Apartment for 4 persons, 55 m2, on the second floor (no elevator), it consists of: bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), living room (sofa bed for one person, air conditioning, satellite / TV, Wi Fi), dining room, kitchen (dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks, cutlery, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer), bathroom (shower, washing machine) and a large terrace with views.

*** The rental price includes: water, electricity, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, tourist tax, use of outdoor (yard), barbecue and parking for vehicles.

Deposit at arrival is 100 EUR (for any damages), which will be refunded at departure.

The guest is obliged to leave the apartment completely clean (otherwise charged EUR 50).

**** Minimum stay is 7 days, arrival on Sunday from 16 hours to departure on Sunday Within 12 hours.
Reservations are confirmed after advance payment min. 35% - 50% of the total Amount. The rest is paid upon arrival.
