Our 4 apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor of a residential building designed exclusively for tourist purposes. In 2020, all were newly renovated. Apartment A2 with a size of 73 m2 is designed for up to 5 people. Apartment A3 with a size of 35 m2 is designed for up to 2 people. Apartment A4 with a size of 73 m2 is designed for up to 4 people and apartment A5 128 m2 is designed for up to 7 people. Each apartment has its own outdoor terrace. The house is located in a quiet part of Zadar (Puntamika) and only 4 km from the center of Zadar, which is connected by a promenade near the house. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available to all guests. All apartments are air conditioned. The apartments have a common storage area for beach things.
