House Grazia is located in Baška Voda. It is located in a quiet part of town, only 20 meters away from the beach. Although protected by traffic, it is only 200 meters away from the center that can easily be reached by a pleasant stroll along the beautiful shore.
The long-standing tradition of hospitality of the Granic family guarantees a pleasant atmosphere and high professionalism.
The house offers accommodation in 2 apartments, 7 studio apartments and 1 room.
Studio apartments consist of a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea.
Each studio apartment has a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, a sofa, a dressing table with mirror and a dining table with chairs, air conditioning, SAT-TV and wi-fi. As part of the kitchenette there is an electric stove, fridge and sink.
The room has a bathroom, balcony, fridge, electric kettle, SAT-TV, wi-fi and air conditioning, and we also offer the use of the kitchen.
Spacious apartments consist of one bedroom, living room with dining area and kitchen, hallway, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. Each apartment has 2 SAT-TVs, 2 air-conditioners, and the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine,
Each accommodation unit is equipped with all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils, and the accommodation service includes the use of blankets, bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning of apartments and rooms.
In front of the house guests can use free private parking. A part of the parking spaces is provided by the host on the city parking lot 100 meters from the house, free of charge for this service.
In the house there is also a use of a TV / SAT salon with additional large kitchen and barbeque intended for guests.
